Salary: Grade 6 (£27,334 – £29,777) SCP 14 - 19 per annum

Hours: 37 per week – term time plus 10 days

The Marvell College are looking to appoint an efficient and very well organised Examinations Officer to work as part of the Data, Examinations and Curriculum (DEC) team.

The post will appeal to colleagues with a proven track record and experience of working in a school examinations environment, but also to any individual committed to personal development and with a willingness to learn.  The Marvell College currently runs the SIMS management information system. Therefore some knowledge of SIMS or other MIS systems would be an advantage although not essential.  

The successful candidate will:

Examination Invigilators - Casual

Grade 3 – £11.79 per hour

The Marvell College requires casual examination invigilators to join our existing team.

Successful candidates will be reliable, punctual and highly organised.

In addition, they will demonstrate an ability to remain calm, show clear understanding of examination guidelines following induction training, and be empathetic to the needs of candidates in a high pressure exam environment.

The Marvell College has gone from strength to strength since receiving a “Good” Ofsted report in July 2019. Since then, the school has been oversubscribed every year. Hours: 37 per week - term time only plus 5 days

The Marvell College seek to appoint Achievement Mentors to work under the direct instruction of senior pastoral leaders to support children to ensure they learn and achieve well.

Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, encouraging and have high expectations for the learning, progress and personal development of young people.

The Marvell College continues to go from strength to strength.  This was confirmed by another strong “Good” Ofsted report in July 2024.
