SEN Inclusion Manager

The Marvell College Requires a SEN Inclusion Manager with immediate effect  

Salary: Grade 8, SCP 25 £30,095 – 28 £32,798 pro rata

Actual salary £26,751 - £29,154

Term time only plus 10 days

Hours: 37 per week

The Marvell College seek to appoint an SEN Inclusion Manager to join a team of committed, caring and enthusiastic staff who share the college philosophy that all students should have the opportunity to achieve. The college is committed to appointing high quality staff and supports their development.

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and self-motivated SEN Inclusion Manager who can demonstrate strong management skills; has experience of working with children with SEN needs; the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Experience of planning and delivering lessons to small groups of students is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

To be successful in this position you should be committed to supporting the needs of some of our most vulnerable students and in making sure they have the same opportunities and ambition as everyone else. The post holder will therefore play a critical part in supporting the SENCo, the SEN team and our SEN students.

The Marvell College has gone from strength to strength since receiving a “Good” Ofsted report in July 2019.

Since then, the school has been oversubscribed every year. Teacher of Design & Technology with a specialism in Food Technology

The Marvell College requires a Teacher of Design & Technology

with a specialism in Food Technology with immediate effect

Main/Upper pay range

The Marvell College are looking to appoint a well-qualified and passionate teacher of D & T with a specialism in Food Technology, who can deliver high quality learning across all areas of the D & T curriculum. 

The post will appeal to new and experienced teachers with a strong track record wishing to join a dynamic and supportive team committed to the pursuit of excellence in the teaching of D & T.
