As we are constantly receiving deliveries and replenishing stock, we're unable to provide live stock updates—but our team is working hard to keep shelves full throughout the season.

- Check Your Uniform List – Make sure you know exactly what your child needs before visiting. You can also check whether your school is stocked at our East or Central store on our website.
- Try Before You Buy – Our fitting rooms are available to help find the correct size first time and reduce the need for exchanges.
- Order Online – Our online shop is quick and easy to use. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If an item is delayed, we'll contact you, and we aim to complete all orders within 14 days.
- Label Everything – Name labels are available in-store and online to help prevent lost property.
- Returns & Exchanges – Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (or delivery), provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Please see our website for postal returns. If you believe an item is faulty, please speak to a member of our team.
- Be Kind – Summer is our busiest time of year. We appreciate your patience and kindness while our staff work hard to help every family as quickly as possible. For questions about uniform requirements, please contact your child's school directly.
