Grade 5 term time only – plus 12 days
Salary: Grade 5 (SCP 8 – 13) £19,945 - £22,021 pro rata
Actual salary £17,593 - £19,424
Hours: 8.00am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday
8.00am – 3.45pm Friday
Governors of The Marvell College are looking to appoint a person to lead a team of committed, caring and enthusiastic staff who share the college philosophy that all students should have the opportunity to achieve. We are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator with immediate effect who is able to demonstrate high impact in leading and managing school administration staff. To engage in ongoing professional development in relation to other administration and school management functions e.g. Data generation and administration.
The person appointed must have excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills and be solution focused. The successful candidate will be "an excellent communicator, forward-thinker and creative leader" who has good interpersonal skills and is driven to improve the school.
If you have attention to detail, are able to prioritise your workload, and that of others, meet deadlines and inspire administration staff, we would be keen to hear from you.
The successful applicant will have a strong proven track record in administration and at least two years’ experience in an administrative role. You must be able to produce a wide range of documents using Microsoft Office products such as, Word, Excel and Outlook.
