FREE SCHOOL MEALS - DETAILS OF THE NEW GOVERNMENT/EDENRED SCHEME

We hope that you are continuing to stay well and safe during the current difficult times.
As you know, your child is currently entitled to a Free School Meal and, as previously advised, we have now moved to the Government/Edenred voucher scheme.
You will receive your Free School Meal vouchers either via email or through the post on or around 1st February. We have again ordered 2 weeks’ worth of vouchers to the total value of £30.
Enclosed with this letter is a guide to redeeming your vouchers via email and this information is specifically targeted at Parents/Carers who have supplied us with a valid email address. Please make sure you follow the instructions and complete all required fields when redeeming your vouchers. The vouchers are issued in multiples of £15, you will receive 2 vouchers per email and you must redeem ALL vouchers. If you have more than one child in our school then you will be sent more than one email. Please be aware, vouchers expire one month from issue.
For those receiving their vouchers through the post, the school will access these on your behalf, print and post. This process will take longer than receiving your vouchers via email and if you would like to change this process, please do not hesitate to contact the school on email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your child’s full name, tutor group and a valid email address, which we will hold on our system in line with GDPR regulations.
